Kilishi is a Nigerian form of spicey beef jerky that originated from the northern part of Nigerian. It’s usually prepared by being hung in the sun for 2-3 days depending how hot the sun waves are and it’s spiced with peper, ginger and other spices.
The upside is that this can be made at home in your oven, the texture might differ but the taste would be similar
